At Trendway International Pvt. Ltd, employees and management share a relationship based on trust and mutual respect. However, the company retains the right to access all company property including computers, desks, file cabinets, storage facilities, and files and folders, electronic or otherwise, at any time. Employees should not entertain any expectations of privacy when on company grounds or while using company property.
All documents, files, voice-mails and electronic information, including e-mails and other communications, created, received or maintained on or through company property are the property of the company, not the employee. Therefore, employees should have no expectation of privacy over those files or documents.
1.1 Right to Monitor
All company-supplied technology and company-related work records belong to the company and not to the employee. Trendway International Pvt. Ltd routinely monitors use of company-supplied technology. Inappropriate or illegal use or communications may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
1.2 Social Media – Acceptable Use
Below are guidelines for social media use.
- Employees may not post financial, confidential, sensitive or proprietary information about the company, clients, employees or applicants.
- Employees may not post obscenities, slurs or personal attacks that can damage the reputation of the company, clients, employees or applicants.
- When posting on social media sites, employees must use the following disclaimer when discussing job-related matters, “The opinions expressed on this site are my own and do not necessarily represent the views of Trendway International Pvt. Ltd”
Trendway International Pvt. Ltd may monitor content out on the Internet. Policy violations may result in discipline up to and including termination of employment.
