In 2015, the Government of Nepal adopted the “free-visa, free-ticket” policy for seven labor destination countries with international labor migration norms and guidelines advocating the “no recruitment fee” principle. This policy is aimed at shifting the financial cost associated with recruitment to the employer and reducing the cost burden on the workers.
For workers who want to go out of the country for work, most of the workforce paid the recruitment fee to the overseas recruitment agency. The recruitment fee is the cost incurred in the recruitment process for employment. The costs such as ticket free, a Visa fee, a Medical fee, and many fees and service charges.

Non-Discrimination Policy
Participants should be committed to a workforce free of harassment and unlawful discrimination. Companies shall not engage in discrimination based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity or national origin, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, covered veteran status, protected genetic information, or marital status in hiring and employment practices such as wages, promotions, rewards, and access to training. Workers shall be provided with reasonable accommodation for religious practices. In addition, workers or potential workers should not be subjected to medical tests or physical exams that could be used in a discriminatory way.
Child Labor
Child labor is not to be used in any stage of manufacturing. The term “child” refers to any person under the age of 15, or under the age for completing compulsory education, or under the minimum age for employment in the country, whichever is greatest. The use of legitimate workplace learning programs, which comply with all laws and regulations, is supported. Workers under the age of 18 (Young Workers) shall not perform work that is likely to jeopardize their health or safety, including night shifts and overtime.
Whistle Blower Policy
A whistleblower is important to promote and support the reporting of misconduct, fraud, and corruption. The risk of corruption and misconduct is significantly heightened in environments where the reporting of wrongdoing is not supported or protected.

Bhugol Overseas Pvt. Ltd is dedicated to upholding the legitimate privacy rights of all parties with whom it conducts business, including suppliers, clients, consumers, and workers. While gathering, storing, processing, transmitting, and sharing personal information, Bhugol shall abide by all applicable laws and regulations. By securing and prohibiting the unauthorized disclosure of any information, Bhugol makes sure to carry with its privacy policy. To protect records, a documented information management system that includes storage, preservation, retention, and disposal methods shall be used.
